Equipment
I am in need of stuff for indoor pictures, but until I make some money that won't be happening. I was asked to take some couples pictures. These two have been together for 70 years! The pictures look good on the screen, but the print outs weren't my favorite.

This DOG
This dog was suppose to be in a crate while the girls went to ride their bikes. Heaven help me. She cried and cried. I'm weak. She had a great weekend. This is from my webcam. I was just sure my computer took pictures, so took advantage of the chance to take one. Hampton (our 8 yr old Yorkie) was actually playing with her earlier! That's a good sign.

Senior
Being asked to take a Senior picture (What us American's call pictures of the students in High School who are Seniors) was a privilege. I have so much to learn, but it was fun.

Blogs to share Photos
I guess this might turn more into a journal of my journey. I realized that Google or Blogstop isn't the best place to really "share" my photos. Say I take your pictures. What I have been doing is uploading them to my Google Drive and sharing them that way. When it's just friends or family, this has worked really nicely. I running out of free space on my drive! I've had to delete pictures I shared because I needed more spaced. I found this page and I think it might be a good place to start. http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/sites-to-create-portfolio-for-photographers/
I also realized that to not bog down my computer I have been deleted (backing up) some of the photos I took this past year. To have all the money I'd want to jsut have the software, computer, camera etc that would support my "hobby" would be wonderful, but I live in reality. I work with what I have. Picmonkey has served me well.

I have lots of hobbies. I made these little ducks, it was fun! This was a birthday card I got. It's funny, inside it says something like "it's not YOU, it was Jesus = but happy birthday all the same". It made me giggle alot that day!

Merry Christmas
I don't totally understand the whole "statistics" that come with the blogs now. I guess maybe I should learn. Maybe I could turn into a super rich person from blogging! I'm sort of hiding the next couple pictures = because they are for Christmas. This year, due to health issues, I am just not planning on doing a Christmas card. Let's see how many people notice this post and how many notice no Christmas card from us.

I have a love for pictures. When I was little I would sit and look for hours through my mom and dad's year books, my grandmother's photo albums and the minute my mom would let me have a camera I got one. It had that real to real film, in a cartridge. Like this:
Not sure the legalities of finding a picture and using it on my blog. I just searched for "film in the 80s" and got just what I had hoped to find. There was a very old camera up in our attic that I would play with, but my first camera was long and off white from what I remember. They have pink and black ones. No clue why mine was off white and why I would argue to the death that that was the color it was.
So this blog is hopefully going to be a place I can share my talent, my hobby, my love and maybe it will become a business. We will see. For now, I don't want to change something I love into something I "have" to do.
Here are some of my "samples" from this year. I have had my camera for about that long. It's been fun to learn more about it.
